Banner making

Designed and facilitated a workshop at the Asian Resource Centre Croydon in collaboration with the London Museum, as part of their outreach programme for International Women’s Day, on 26th of March 2025.

Inspired by the historic Hammersmith Suffragette banner and the WSPU motto "Deeds not Words,"

around 45 local participants created their own Women’s Day banners—honouring creativity, community, and the enduring fight for women’s rights.

This event paid tribute to the sacrifices and resilience of women throughout history who fought tirelessly for equality, using art as a medium to reflect on their legacy and inspire future generations.
